It eliminates the use of water flushing seen in traditional syringing and, maintains the ears natural immune function. A typical ear wax appointment is 15 - 30 minutes. Our ear wax microsuction procedure is performed by qualified ear-wax mirosuction clinicians trained to use ENT developed microsuction equipment.

What if my hearing levels do not improve after ear wax removal?If your hearing levels do not improve after ear wax removal at Echo Hearing, our clinicians may provide a complimentary hearing health check. This involves conducting a hearing screen to determine if a hearing loss might be present. Once we have the results from the hearing screen, our specialists will discuss the next best steps with you, which may include further diagnostic evaluations or a referral to a further speciality.

A follow-up appointment may be advised to further remove any blockages or to assess your hearing.

Using the microsuction method your clinician will remove any blockages in a safe and effective manner.
