Fine-tuning
Getting fitted with your hearing aids is only the first step of your hearing journey. The first few weeks involves training the brain to acclimatise to increased sound levels. In these first few weeks you will have regular fine-tuning appointments with your audiologist to make any adjustments your hearing aids may need.
Hearing Aid Check-up
We provide regular check-ups for our hearing aid patients. At this appointments our Audiologist will service your hearing aid and discuss your current hearing needs.
Reassessments
Regular hearing reassessments to record any hearing changes. Your audiologist will ensure your hearing aids are programmed with your latest hearing prescription.
Ongoing Care
In between your regular service appointments you may have a question or problem with your hearing aids. When a problem arises our team are on hand to help resolve any issues.
